Event Options
1. An Honorarium Paid Event: Carrick Ministries event fee + travel expenses (round trip airfare + ground transportation) + lodging + meals. The Stipend amounts are below. 20% Non-Refundable Deposit and Airfare prepaid to confirm your date. 2. Free Will Offering Event with a Guaranteed Minimum.* For this to work with your church you prepay for airline ticket(s), and a $150.00 management fee then provide ground transportation, lodging and meals . During the event a Free Will Offering will be accepted by Carrick Ministries presenters. (We provide a tax deductible receipt right in the pew.) Most importantly do not let financial concerns prevent you from scheduling an event for your church! If there is a financial issue please ask your Representative about additional options &/or discounted amounts. Stipend Amount & Event Requirements (A+B+C) For Conferences and Events with 1500+ in attendance please call with your budget and we will make every effort to work with you. A. Stipend Amounts For Parish Size Events 1. Standard 1 Day Solo Artist Event Fee: Julie Carrick - $2000 Kitty Cleveland - $2500 Liz Owen / Elizabeth Tomlin - $1250. 2. Multiple Day Events: (2 Day): $2950. - $4500. B. Use of sound system. An acoustic Piano is needed for Julie, Liz (an 88 key keyboard with foot pedal will work). C. Travel, Lodging & Meals: To Be Determined per event, but normally round-trip airline ticket from: Phoenix, AZ for Julie, Grand Rapids, MI for Liz, New Orleans, LA for Kitty & Virginia (WDC) for Elizabeth Tomlin Hotel (or parish facilities, Retreat House, etc.) for the night of arrival & event night(s) Ground transportation (Someone to pick up and drive the presenter, provide a car or reimbursement of Rental Car Expenses) Meals can be provided or the $30 per diem paid with the event deposit or receipts will be turned in for reimbursement. * Guaranteed Minimum Free Will Offering Amounts: The parish is responsible for the difference only if the Free Will Offering is less than the Honorarium amount. |
